Hi and welcome to episode 229 of The ERP Minute. I’m your host, Rebekah McCabe.

Oracle began the week with major news, announcing that Q3 fiscal 2026 was an exceptional quarter with financial results that exceeded expectations. This Q3 was the first quarter in over 15 years where organic total revenue and non-GAAP earnings per share both grew 20% or more. Total revenue was $17.2 billion, up 22% year-over-year, with total cloud revenue increasing 44% year-over-year to $8.9 billion. Fusion Cloud ERP was up 17% to $1.1 billion, while NetSuite Cloud ERP revenue reached $1.1 billion, up 14% year-over-year. Oracle’s momentum supports a deeper trend across the ERP market where companies are investing heavily in their technology strategy to benefit from emerging, transformative solutions, like AI.

In AI related news, IFS and Aptean made announcements to benefit specialized customers.

First, IFS announced the launch of IFS.ai Logistics, an AI-powered logistics intelligence platform purpose-built for enterprises operating complex, multi-carrier, multi-region transport networks. The new solution extends Industrial AI into the physical movements of materials and goods – the operational heartbeat of industrial enterprise worldwide. Building beyond 7bridges technology, IFS.ai Logistics delivers a single closed operational loop spanning transport planning, automated execution, freight audit, cost governance, and continuous network optimization. The solution will enable customers to control logistics costs and make more informed decisions through greater data connectivity.

Then, Aptean announced the launch of Aptean Equipment Dealer Management System (DMS). Leveraging the power of Aptean’s agentic AI platform, AppCentral, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Aptean Equipment DMS unifies sales, rentals, service, and parts on a single intelligent platform so dealers can act faster, serve customers better, and manage the full equipment lifecycle with confidence. AI agents tackle the workflows that drain dealer profitability most: delayed and inconsistent damage repair estimates, incomplete asset specifications, and missed cross-selling opportunities. The new solution empowers customers to better manage common equipment challenges in order to become more profitable.

Finally, Deltek announced that Deltek Replicon achieved FedRAMP Moderate Authorization. This advances Deltek’s long-standing commitment to delivering secure, compliant cloud solutions purpose-built for government contractors and other highly regulated project-based organizations. This authorization validates that the Replicon platform meets rigorous federal cloud security standards, including third-party assessment, continuous monitoring, and federal agency sponsorship. Government organizations can now rely on Deltek Replicon as a trusted solution.
