The news this week was fueled by AI-related announcements and enhancements from Workday, UKG, and OneStream.
First, Workday announced Agent Passport, which tests and verifies every AI agent, Workday-built and third-party, before it goes into production, and continuously monitors it after. Every attestation is tied to a public industry standard, such as OWASP LLM top 10, NIST AI RMF, and MITRE ATLAS, so security teams have a signed, auditable record of what each agent has been tested for and who did the testing. Agent Passport gives companies a verified record that every agent has been tested against the most serious risks before it goes into production, including prompt injection, jailbreak and goal hijacking, system prompt extraction, leaks of employee data, and unsafe outputs.
Then, UKG announced Quarterly Platform Innovations to help organizations move from workforce insights to workforce action. By combing workforce intelligence, agentic orchestration, industry insights, and real-time operational data, UKG helps leaders and frontline managers anticipate change, make faster decisions, and take action directly in the flow of work. Organizations can increase productivity, make informed decisions, and empower every worker with Workforce Intelligence Hub features including operational benchmarks, fully loaded labor cost, and real-time workforce event notifications. UKG Dynamic Workforce Operations also surfaces intelligence to help teams continuously adjust to changing conditions with capabilities that include operational intelligence, live schedule, and live coverage.
Both of these announcements accelerate the safe and regulated use of agentic AI to enhance user experience. As solutions continue to evolve, applications that enable agentic orchestration and AI governance will be essential to AI adoption and utilization.
Finally, OneStream at its OneStream World Tour announced the launch of its new Snowflake connector as an addition to the OneStream Connection Center framework. The new connector provides a seamless bridge between enterprise data and Finance, allowing organizations to leverage Snowflake’s scale and performance while maintaining the governance, dimensionality, and financial intelligence of OneStream.
Artificial Intelligence will only be as useful as the data it is being fed. Through OneStream’s integration with Snowflake, customers can more effectively leverage data at scale to make more informed decisions and fuel AI strategies.
