Hi and welcome to episode 243 of The ERP Minute. I’m your host, Rebekah McCabe.

To begin the week, Epicor has expanded its AI-driven ERP strategy in the UK and select European markets with the general availability of Epicor Prism, a portfolio of vertical AI agents designed specifically for the supply chain industries. Embedded directly in Epicor Kinetic, Epicor Prism gives customers conversational access to live ERP data and related documents without needing specialized analytics skills or separate AI tools. Epicor is expanding its global footprint with this announcement and will continue to create value for customers in new regions.

In other news, Procore announced new portfolio management and capital planning capabilities designed to transform the way owners manage capital projects through consolidated visibility and control across the entire portfolio. The new capabilities, including concept projects, portfolio monitoring, funding source management, and more, connect the full capital project lifecycle, giving owners greater visibility across portfolios to identify risk earlier, strengthen governance, and make more informed capital decisions. Embedded Procore AI extends agentic AI capabilities to owners, helping teams identify emerging risks across projects, automate workflows triggered by project events, and quickly surface answers about portfolio health using data connected across their capital programs. With the deeper functionality, Procore customers can deliver more efficiently and achieve greater value within their portfolios.

Finally, Aptean announced the acquisition of ROTOR Software GmbH, a provider of dealer management solutions for the motorists, agricultural, and construction machinery industry in the DACH market, headquartered in St. Ingbert, Germany. The acquisition of ROTOR expands Aptean’s presence in the DACH region while strengthening Aptean’s dealer management offering with solutions purpose-built for ROTOR’s specialized industries. This acquisition continues to build on Aptean’s strategy and will help them deliver in new markets.
