They receive real-time coaching as they work toward achieving excellence in their position. ## Testing After a consultant has completed their Theory and Practical, and is grounded in the knowledge of how to analyze our clients' problems, they are now ready to be tested on their knowledge of every step of the EAG methodology. Each consultant passes with a 100% standard and then receives the designation of a “Certified EAG Consultant.” ## Certification No other ERP advisory firm trains, corrects, and certifies its consultants. Our Analysts work with some of the world's most exciting mid-sized clients, offering endless possibilities for growth for the right candidate.  - Minimum bachelor’s degree in business (preferably Management, Consulting, or Accounting). - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Microsoft Office certifications are preferred. ## Consultant (2-4 Years of Experience) We require our ERP consultants to have a minimum of 1–2 years of relevant professional services experience across multiple major industries, within enterprise software, in client-facing roles, and in creating high-quality client documents. - Minimum two years of Big 4 accounting experience OR two years of comparable professional services or consulting experience - Proven strong communication and document creation skills - Experience with software or implementations a plus ## Senior Consultant (4-8 Years of Experience) Individuals must have a minimum of 4 years of consulting experience. Senior Consultants work closely with the project lead in order to create deliverables, manage client relationships, and provide the next level of expertise on projects. - Minimum of four years consulting experience in professional services, Big 4 consulting, or comparable experience - Can render powerful communications using PowerPoint and Excel - Deep business process expertise - Experience managing clients through successful ERP software selections in a variety of industries  ## Principal Consultant (8+ Years of Experience) More experienced ERP consultants who have advised clients on their enterprise software projects across multiple industries and brands of software over many years and with a proven ability to lead projects will qualify as Principal Consultants.   - ERP Selection Experience - ERP Business Case Experience - Familiarization with a variety of ERP systems and vendors - Can create high-quality deliverables - Lead client executive meetings with successful outcomes - First-hand knowledge of how software companies sell software versus services - Cross-industry experience in many industries, such as **professional services**, **manufacturing**, **software**, **energy**, **construction**, and **wholesale distribution** - Prefer experience negotiating software contracts - Big 4 experience preferred - Experience managing resources ## Project Coordinator (0-1 Years of Experience) Project Coordinators are junior to our Client-Side Implementation Project Managers; it is an entry-level opportunity to learn and execute critical tasks across our clients’ software development lifecycle.  This role is the foundation for becoming the industry's best Client-Side Project Manager. - Minimum bachelor’s degree in business (preferably in Computer Information Systems, Consulting, or Project Management) or equivalent experience. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Desire to support project managers & drive task completion. ## Client-Side Implementation Consultant (2-4 Years of Experience) ERP Implementation Consultants advise our clients through the successful implementation of their new software using EAG’s methodology while maintaining a strong personal work ethic and sense of responsibility for the client, EAG, and the vendor.  - Ability to manage multiple project tasks, such as identifying and mitigating risks, creating status reports, tracking action items, etc.  - Experience advising clients through the implementation of ERP systems - Strong familiarity with business process analysis ## Administrative Roles We periodically have openings for administrative positions to support our consultants.
