Hi and welcome to episode 227 of The ERP Minute. I’m your host, Rebekah McCabe.
It was a major week for software with Workday, Salesforce, and OneStream announcing major fourth quarter and fiscal year financial results.
First, Workday announced results for the fiscal 2026 fourth quarter and full year ended January 31, 2026. Fiscal fourth quarter total revenues were $2.53 billion, up 14.5% year-over-year, with subscription revenues up 15.7% year-over-year to $2.36 billion dollars. Fiscal year 2026 total revenues were $9.55 billion, up 13.1% year-over-year, with subscription revenues up 14.5% year-over-year to $8.83 billion.
Then, Salesforce announced results for its fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended January 31, 2026. Fourth quarter revenue was $11.2 billion, up 12% year-over-year, with fourth quarter subscription & support revenue accounting for $10.7 billion, an increase of 13% year-over-year. Full year 2026 revenue was $41.5 billion, up 10% year-over-year, including a $399 million Informatica contribution occurring in the fourth quarter.
Finally, OneStream announced financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. Fourth quarter total revenue was $163.7 million, an increase of 24% year-over-year, with subscription revenue reaching $150.3 million, an increase of 27% year-over-year. Fiscal year 2025 total revenue was $601.9 million, an increase of 23% year-over-year, with subscription revenue increasing 28% year-over-year to $550 million.
Each of these results continue to support the just how much room there is for growth within the software industry. Businesses are looking for opportunities to improve their business processes with technology and are relying on software vendors to deliver innovative, reliable solutions.
To round out the week, Unit4 announced it is streamlining Unit4 Success4U, its standardized, repeatable framework, to simplify engagement for customers optimizing existing solutions or adopting Unit4 ERPx. This refined structure will become the default model for Unit4 ERP solutions, offering faster delivery and guided adoption. This methodology has already enabled some ERPx deployments to be delivered in only 90 days, reflecting the benefits of consistent best practice methods and a more predictable, standardized delivery framework for transparent return-on-investment. Ultimately, Unit4 is building a personalized approach to ERP, enabling customers to get what they need from the system through a streamlined approach.
