Hi and welcome to episode 258 of The ERP Minute. I’m your host, Rebekah McCabe.
To kick off the week, Salesforce announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Loops, an AI-powered analytics platform that continuously monitors business performance, explains why key metrics change, and surfaces opportunities to improve by leveraging machine learning models. Tableau is helping customers move from the data driven enterprise to the agentic analytics enterprise. Loop’s AI advances that, by explaining why it happened and what to do next. The acquisition will advance Salesforce’s agentic analytics strategy, helping customers identify what drives business performance, prioritize actions, and move from insight to action in the flow of work. Loops offers IFS customers a deeper layer of analysis and action in order to make more effective, live decisions.
In other news, Qlik announced it has achieved the AWS Data Competency in the Relational Database category recognizing Qlik’s demonstrated expertise delivering unified data architectures on Amazon Web Services (AWS), helping organizations build the data foundation that power modern analytics and AI workloads. With this, customers will be able to work across data environments, modernize without disruption, create trusted, analytics ready-data, and maintain flexibility. Qlik customers will benefit from increased reliability leveraging Qlik solutions within the AWS architecture.
Finally, UKG announced the addition of Cash App to the UKG Frontline Worker Network, expanding the curated ecosystem of partners that connects frontline workers with benefits and support directly in the flow of their UKG work, pay, and collaboration experience. Since launching the network in 2025, UKG has focused its expansion on critical moments in the frontline worker journey, including between paydays, on payday, and at tax time. UKG customers can now benefit from Cash App for greater ease of use and solutions for meeting them where they need the tools.
