Hi and welcome to episode 254 of The ERP Minute. I’m your host, Rebekah McCabe.
First, Qlik announced expanded availability of its Model Context Protocol (MCP) server across Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Databricks, making it easier for customers to connect assistants and agents to Qlik’s governed data, analytics context, and transformation capabilities in the tools they already use. The expansion enables Qlik customers to get the most from their existing platforms while opening the door for even greater AI usage.
Then, Salesforce is launching new Core, Advanced, and Max editions for Agentforce Sales, Agentforce Service, and Agentforce Industries, bringing together the AI, security, analytics, collaboration, and support businesses need to start and scale their agentic transformation into a single purchase. Every edition tier now includes Agentforce, Slack & Slackbot, embedded agentic analytics, data security, and premier success plans. Customers now have a streamlined approach for technology adoption with this Salesforce bundle.
In other news, OneStream announced that SensibleAI Forecast and SensibleAI Studio have been added to OneStream’s Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) High authorization status. Federal agencies running the OneStream platform in the OneStream Government Community Cloud can now forecast and build AI models against their own financial data without moving it outside the authorization boundary. OneStream customers can continue to benefit from their solutions for government work without having to seek separate solutions with this new certitification.
Finally, Oracle, Bloom Energy, and Roadrunner Food Bank of New Mexico announced a new partnership to increase reliable access to nourishing food for families in Santa Teresa and Sunland Park, supported by a combined $400,000 contribution to Roadrunner Food Bank. With support from Oracle and Bloom Energy, Roadrunner Food Bank launched a dedicated weekly Fresh Stop Mobile Market route serving seven new locations across Santa Teresa and Sunland Park. It is always positive to see vendors invest back into the communities that utilize their services.
