Hi and welcome to episode 256 of The ERP Minute. I’m your host, Rebekah McCabe.

To begin the week, Workday announced Workday Total Benefits, a new AI solution designed to bring everything connected to an employee’s benefits into one experience. Instead of juggling separate providers and logins, employees get one simple way to find and use the benefits they already have. Workday Total Benefits is made up of four parts that work together: Workday Wellness, Benefits Guidance through Self-Service Agent, Life & Money Solutions, and Benefits Administration Services. Now, Workday users can achieve even greater, more connected value from their existing solution.

In other news, Salesforce announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Listen Labs, an AI-powered customer research and human simulation platform. Listen Lab’s AI agents design studies, conduct-in-depth research, and synthesize insights, automating the lifecycle of connecting with customers and analyzing their feedback. The acquisition will expand Salesforce’s customer and user understanding capabilities, complementing Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce’s broader AI portfolio. Salesforce customers will now be able to go in-depth on prospect insights to turn data into action.

Finally, BILL and Blackbaud announced a new strategic partnership to simplify the accounts payable process for nonprofit and education finance teams. The partnership is designed to give Financial Edge NXT customers expanded payment options through BILL’s business payments network, simpler vendor enrollment and payment setup, faster vendor payment delivery across supported payment methods, real-time payment visibility and streamlined reconciliation within their financial management workflow, and tiered approvals and controlled payment processes. Blackbaud customers will benefit from industry specific solutions mean to streamline the AP process.
