Hi and welcome to episode 255 of The ERP Minute. I’m your host, Rebekah McCabe.

First, Oracle Health announced new AI capabilities across its revenue cycle management portfolio that are planned to be released in the coming months to help healthcare organizations in the US limit reimbursement problems early in the patient and payment journey. Oracle Health is bringing AI upstream, across scheduling, financial clearance, clinical documentation, charge capture, billing, and payment, to identify risks early, streamline routine actions, and connect clinical, financial, payer, and operational information before issues lead to payment delays and revenue loss.

Related, CMiC announced significant upgrades to NEXUS, its AI-powered construction ERP platform. Building on its existing capabilities, the latest enhancements deepen the intelligence and control available to construction teams, with more focus on job costing, workforce data security, and real-time project visibility. The latest upgrade brings AI deeper into the everyday work of construction teams. New AI agents simplify job setup, budgeting, cost transactions, and change management, while enhancements across payroll, billing, document management, and project operations improve accuracy, security, and visibility.

Industry-specific AI is becoming increasingly important. Customers want pre-built solutions to deliver on their needs, without extensive internal configuration. These releases do just that, delivering value to customers with specific needs.

Finally, the Epicor Channel Partner Program continues to expand across Australia and New Zealand, with the addition of Conveyance Solutions, strengthening support for distribution businesses looking to enhance value from their ERP investments. The partnership builds on Epicor's growing channel ecosystem in the region and reinforces its commitment to providing customers with access to experienced industry specialists who can help accelerate business performance and operational excellence. Epicor is expanding its global offerings with this move, helping customers across the world achieve greater value.
