Hi and welcome to episode 96 of The ERP Minute. I am your host, Rebekah McCabe.

This week, Blackbaud announced the newest cohort of participants in its Social Good Startup Program. This program is a tech accelerator designed to support diverse, early-stage software companies focused on mission-driven tech startups using generative AI to increase impact for companies and nonprofits focused on social responsibility. Programs like this are designed to accelerate the availability of AI-driven partner solutions in the Blackbaud Marketplace, ultimately enabling smaller-scale social good communities to do more and reach more people.

In other news, the ERP market continues to grow substantially, as demonstrated in recent financial results from OneStream for the second quarter ending June 30, 2023. OneStream announced that its Annual Recurring Revenue increased over 40% year-over-year, surpassing $350 million. During this period, OneStream also grew its customer base to over 1,200 globally, up 23% year-over-year.

Finally, Workday introduced the next generation of its patented Elastic Hypercube Technology (EHT), the intelligent modeling engine that powers Workday Adaptive Planning, to address the growing demands on organizations as they model more complex business scenarios, manage changing business needs, and expand planning to more users. Rapid technological advancements have created a need for more as the complexity of the planning process increases, making enhancements like this all the more important to managing multi-dimensional planning requirements.
