Hi and welcome to episode 4 of the ERP Minute, I'm your host Ashley Glasgow.

Revlon is getting a makeover, signing up to implement RISE with SAP. Those in the know may recall the disaster of 2018 when Revlon was sued by its own shareholders for an SAP implementation failure. So this news is a positive indicator for both SAP and Revlon that the RISE offering is providing significant value for customers.

Epicor’s latest Industry Insights Report claims that 94% of midsized essential businesses will adopt cloud by the end of 2021 with expectations of creating more jobs and fully recovering from the pandemic by 2022. This is good news for businesses and customers alike, as manufacturing, distribution, and retail industries will be well-equipped for facing future obstacles.

Lastly, in acquisition news, SAP acquired SwoopTalent, an AI-powered human resources platform in an effort to increase organizational decision-making speed through easier access to reliable, current data.

Thanks for tuning into The ERP Minute! We’ll see you next week.
