Starting the week strong, Procore announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. Fourth quarter 2025 revenue was $349 million, an increase of 16% year-over-year. Full year 2025 financial results were approximately $1.3 billion, an increase of 15% year-over-year. Additionally, Procore added 227 net new organic customers in the fourth quarter, ending with a total of 17,850 organic customers. The construction industry is booming, enabling vendors in the space to leverage the new desire for change. As more and more construction businesses transform their operations with new technology, the more vendors in the space will be able to achieve new levels of growth.

Then, NetSuite announced a series of innovations that will help organizations increase efficiency and accelerate growth. The new AI-powered innovations will enable customers to take advantage of unified workflows across finance, operations, and customer service to automate and accelerate transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and pricing decisions. The AI announcements include Intelligent Close Manager, AI-powered bank transaction matching, AI-generated report narratives, AI-powered customer summaries, AI-assisted advanced pricing, SuiteCloud Developer Assistant, NetSuite EPM Planning Agent, and NetSuite EPM Reconciliation Agent. The practical application of AI will accelerate adoption across all industries. With NetSuite’s release, customer can solve real world operational problems with applicable, easy to use AI solutions.

In other news, ECI announced the introduction of its fleet tracking integration into its Davisware GlobalEdge and Vision field service products, with fleet telematics provider Azuga. ECI’s fleet tracking software brings real-time fleet intelligence directly into ECI’s platform, helping organizations modernize dispatching while improving visibility and accountability across their operations. Live GPS data, automated geofencing, and time-stamped vehicle location information are now directly embedded into dispatch and work order workflows. Through greater visibility, ECI customers will be able to improve delivery through more efficient allocation of resources and real-time monitoring.

Finally, Salesforce signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cimulate, an emerging leader in AI-powered product discovery and agentic commerce. The acquisition will strengthen Salesforce’s investment in Agentforce Commerce by accelerating improvements to search and discovery, helping retailers deliver more personalized, contextual, and conversational shopping experiences. Cimulate also provides an intent-aware context engine purpose-built for retail. By delivering on the specific needs of retailers, Salesforce can deepen its hold in the space and empower customers with innovative new tools.
