Major financial announcements were made this week by Procore, IFS, and Blackbaud.

First, Procore announced financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. Revenue was $375 million, an increase of 16% year-over-year. Procore achieved a gross revenue retention rate of 95% in the second quarter. Additionally, the number of organic customers contributing more than $100,000 of annual recurring revenue totaled 2,871 as of June 30, 2026, an increase of 14% year-over-year.

Then, IFS delivered 25% year-over-year ARR growth in H1 2026, with Cloud Revenue increasing 24% year-over-year. IFS also expanded its Industrial AI capabilities during H1 2026 with IFS Nexus Black’s Resolve to empower busy technicians, IFS Zero to reduce emissions data collection effort by up to 30%, and IFS Loops Agentic Platform to enable enterprises to create and deploy AI-powered Digital Workers.

Finally, Blackbaud announced financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2026. GAAP total revenue was $290.6 million, up 3%, with a GAAP recurring revenue of $285.3 million, up 3.3% and representing 98.3% of total revenue.

All of these results represent ongoing demand in the market for innovative solutions to enhance the user experience and streamline daily work.

To round out the week, ECI acquired Prima Business Control Software, a provider of ERP and ecommerce solutions tailored for the business supplies industry. The integration of Prima’s strong technology stack and AI capabilities into ECI’s end-to-end ERP offering strengthens the company’s ability to serve office supply dealers across the U.K., Ireland, and the United States. ECI continues to build a strong foundation for delivering specialized industry value.
