Hi and welcome to episode 247 of The ERP Minute. I’m your host, Rebekah McCabe.
Oracle today announced a new AI-native builder experience for Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications to enable customers and partners to create and run Fusion Agentic Applications natively within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Fusion Agentic Applications represent a new class of enterprise application: outcome-driven systems backed by teams of specialized AI agents that reason, coordinate, and decide, then execute work through Fusion business objects, workflows, tools, policies, approvals, and logged actions.
Related, as part of NetSuite release 2026.2, NetSuite is beginning the North America rollout of NetSuite Next, the next generation of NetSuite with AI built into its core. It will first be available to customers in the United States and Canada, with other countries planned to follow shortly after.
NetSuite Next introduces Ask Oracle, our conversational AI assistant, as the foundational AI capability at the core of the experience. Combined with Redwood Design System, embedded AI, contextual intelligence, and agentic workflows, NetSuite Next helps users move more naturally from questions to answers—and from answers to action—marking a significant evolution in how people interact with ERP systems.
Both of these releases represent a major push for AI within the Oracle ecosystem and the innovations customers will be able to expect from the industry giant over the next year and beyond.
