Why Customers Choose Microsoft

Microsoft’s familiar desktop application user interface is prevalent in its ERPs making users feel at home with the ERP instantly, winning Microsoft ERP deals.

Flexible Solutions

Microsoft offers ERP for companies of all sizes.  Customers can extend the D365 products to support their unique requirements with best of breed functionality. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central and Finance and Supply Chain form the core of Microsoft's go-forward ERPs and customers can leverage basic Financials or automate business processes across the enterprise.

User Friendly

Microsoft’s user interface is consistent across desktop applications and its legacy ERPs as well as its go-forward ERPs, delivering comfort to customers that have grown accustomed to its layout.

Technology Stack Consistency

Many customers have an extensive investment in the Microsoft stack across their organization and gravitate to Microsoft’s ERP to maintain consistency across their technology investments.

Licensing

Microsoft Business Central's software licensing fees are aggressive and attractive to emerging businesses who need more robust software but have thin margins and cannot afford pricier Tier 2 solutions.

What Does Microsoft Sell?

Microsoft sells Business Central for smaller companies, Finance and Operations/Finance and Supply Chain for more complicated enterprises and Dynamics 365 CRM as a standalone CRM option.
