Microsoft Corp on Friday announced the completion of its acquisition of Nuance Communications Inc, a company that delivers solutions that understand, analyze, and respond to human language. Microsoft customers will benefit from enhanced consumer, patient, clinician and employee experiences, and ultimately improved productivity. Microsoft recently announced Dynamics 365 Marketing 2022, release wave 1 is coming to the market. Some of the features we are most interested in are the unified customer activity timeline across all Dynamics 365 applications, which includes any Dynamics 365 customer data, email personalization and customization, and the ability to customize the customer journey with more flexible tools. Infor recently announced several new clients that have come onto their platform from around the world, including Foodex, ProMedica, and several organizations in Saudi Arabia.

We look forward to a day where the ERP user experience is more speech based than through the keyboard, as it could make the user experience more enriching. Microsoft could likely apply this technology to their ERP solutions to put their ERP interface on a more conversational level, which in turn could increase productivity and connectivity.
