Hi and welcome to episode 15 of The ERP Minute. I’m your host Ashley Glasgow.

Aptean just acquired Objective Holding, adding manufacturing execution, workforce management solutions, and warehouse management systems to their offerings for both the process and the discrete manufacturing industries. This acquisition will build their international presence and serves as a good indicator that Aptean is investing in new ERP solutions to bring to the market.

IFS just reported that cloud revenue was up 104% year-over-year. Customers are achieving faster time-to-value due to the improved deployment capabilities of IFS cloud. It is clear that IFS’s cloud strategy is paying off.

We here at ERP Advisors Group have been covering sustainability for ERP vendors, and SAP just announced their latest release, SAP Responsible Design and Production, a solution for designing products sustainably and transitioning to a circular economy through increasing a company’s measurement and data management capabilities.

Another new release came from Epicor who recently released Epicor Prophet 21, a cloud-based industry productivity solution for distributors. This is a major move toward meeting larger distributor customer requirements, and we see Epicor continuing to make more advancements with their cloud strategy in the future.

Looking to next week’s episode, we look forward to reporting on Sage’s Intacct Advantage Conference, Sage Transform 2021.

Until then, thanks for tuning into The ERP Minute. Be sure to subscribe to our Apple Podcast, Spotify, and YouTube channels so you never miss an episode! We’ll see you next week.
