We also didn't have the internal capability to connect our needs with the right solutions. Our 20-year-old system struggled to provide immediate information, preventing us from making timely decisions. A significant amount of time was occupied by researching, piecing together data, and modifying necessary additions to help us operate. That is why we began our search for an ERP consultant and then selected ERP Advisors Group to help us choose the right solution for our needs. The head of our IT department was responsible for finding advisors who would assist us with our ERP project. She received information from ERP Advisors Group through one of our suppliers, which ultimately led us to engage with them.  At this point, I would strongly recommend ERP Advisors Group! We interviewed five to seven different organizations before we decided on EAG. From what we gathered through our research, along with our experience with them, EAG was the best fit for us at the end of the day. Their team was easy to work with and they caught on quickly; they were also very attentive and timely.
