From the beginning, we knew we needed to change our software because our current platform was not functioning the way we needed it to for us to grow efficiently and effectively. We also didn't have the internal capability to connect our needs with the right solutions. Our 20-year-old system struggled to provide immediate information, preventing us from making timely decisions.

At this point, I would strongly recommend ERP Advisors Group! We interviewed five to seven different organizations before we decided on EAG. From what we gathered through our research, along with our experience with them, EAG was the best fit for us at the end of the day. Their team was easy to work with and they caught on quickly; they were also very attentive and timely. Based on the actions of their team, it’s obvious they are buttoned up and have a process that works well. ERP Advisors Group delivered on everything they said early on. So certainly, it would be a recommendation from me. It will be exciting to see how the next few months go as we head into the next phase of our project.
