We quickly found that ERP Advisors Group was the right choice. They were hungry for our business, and there was a night-and-day difference between them and the other firm we were considering. When we started our [Needs Analysis](https://www.erpadvisorsgroup.com/services/needs-assessment), we were ultimately looking for a one-stop shop for as many ERP functions as possible, including the quartermaster shop purchasing, procurement processes, and accounting. Nothing was tied together in our legacy system, so the team was performing a lot of manual workarounds. Ideally, we also wanted to tap into scheduling and human resources within the same program. We have a lot of capital growth happening in the next 10 – 15 years, and we need a system with capital budgeting capabilities, including forecasting and projection models. We needed support with selecting a system that was easy to use and staff training to ensure frontline user adoption. EAG gave us a thorough needs assessment. I have nothing but positive things to say about our consulting team: Zach, Hannah, and Aidan. They spent a lot of time getting to the heart of our systems and processes to understand our needs.
