The primary goals for our new software were to enhance inventory analytics and integrate our MRP. We look forward to having a system that allows us to analyze historical inventory data so we can move processes along more efficiently. Currently, our product forecasts and raw material purchases are managed through spreadsheets. We hope the new system integrations provide better inventory, cash flow forecasting, and a more rational chart of accounts.
ERP Advisors Group has been a great resource for us. One of their strengths is the ability to marshal the forces, and we were impressed by the level of preparation and resources vendors brought to the table during software demonstrations. Our CRM vendor had a great vision for the software’s capabilities. Their support showed us how we could get the most out of their integrations and ticketing functions, giving us a higher degree of confidence. We are also very pleased with our new implementation partner. Without EAG, we aren’t sure we would have had the right approach to find them. During contract negotiations, EAG took a lot of work out of the process for us. It was helpful to have someone who works with software contracts regularly and could identify boulders we would not have seen ourselves.

Thus, ERP Advisors Group was born with the purpose to provide Client-Side Implementation Services.
