Needs Analysis
Our initial reason for exploring an ERP system was to give our owners and managers real-time production and financial data through a user- friendly dashboard. Through the Needs Analysis with ERP Advisors Group, we further realized the need for and importance of our employees to be able to use their time more efficiently and effectively by streamlining so many of our data processes. We realized how beneficial an ERP system will be in so many areas of our operations and in our financial reporting.
We have really enjoyed working with ERP Advisors Group. Our consultants, Zach and Aidan, are wonderful and very knowledgeable. We got to know each other through several Zoom calls and an onsite visit to get a feel for how our operations work. We have very detailed operations with many facets. We were impressed that after just two days, they were able to capture our needs accurately. I have nothing but positive things to say about them both. We look forward to continuing with ERP Advisors Group through the selection process.
Selection
After our new system is implemented, we hope streamlined processes, improved time management, and real-time data allow employees to work more efficiently. We also look forward to consolidating data from our 13 entities and automating fleet vehicle maintenance and warehouse management.
We knew our software selection project would be a long process, but it went very smoothly with the help of the EAG team. Their communication and honesty were great from beginning to end, and the consultants made us feel very comfortable. We appreciate the time that they took to research our requirements and understand them. The software demo process was organized, the contract negotiations were fair, and I feel we made the best decision for our business.

He helped develop the technology practice at the largest accounting firm in Denver from 2004 - 2010 by offering Needs Analysis and Selection projects. But Shawn saw that clients were struggling during their implementations, even though they selected the right software. The firm’s partners were too averse to the risk of losing tax and audit business from a risky implementation. Thus, ERP Advisors Group was born with the purpose to provide Client-Side Implementation Services.
We take responsibility for the decisions we help our clients make during the Selection phase by staying on for their implementation, ensuring they go live with their new software.
