We are at a point where we are still trying to stabilize the platform since the implementation is just ramping down, but we're able to do day-to-day business. There is automation all around. It's not binary and it has certainly improved areas of the business. Overall, the implementation was a solid endeavor. ERP Advisors Group was invested in our project and helped us create a high-demand functionality list to address our priorities after our initial business requirements were outlined. Sarah was particularly invested in our success. She performed the advisory role well and was great at holding our implementation partner accountable.

The firm’s partners were too averse to the risk of losing tax and audit business from a risky implementation. Thus, ERP Advisors Group was born with the purpose to provide Client-Side Implementation Services.
