Q & A

Get to Know Our Founder!

What is your biggest accomplishment at EAG?

Knowing how many people we’ve helped to be happy with their ERP makes me smile! I spent over two decades learning everything I could to develop our EAG Software Needs Analysis, Selection and Client-Side Implementation methodologies. And they just work, clients are always successful when we follow it. I think that’s pretty baller!

What did you do before EAG?

Like a lot of people in Tech, I spent most of my time searching for how to make a difference with technology. Big 4 Management Consulting was exciting, as was working for Enterprise Software companies, but I fell in love with serving midsized clients in my last job.

What are you most proud of?

MY TEAM! I love these people! I don’t know what I did to get so lucky to have them all in my life. And even as we continue to grow, we’re finding great, like minded people who contribute even more to our already great group. It’s a dream come true to work with the best people on the planet!

Where did you go to college?

I went to University of the Pacific in California. I did just every activity I could (even played Lacrosse) and enjoyed learning Accounting (seriously) from some very practical professors. Go Tigers!

What are some of your hobbies?

I love mountain biking and hiking but these days I spend most of my free time studying business administration technology and working on my own spiritual development.

Who are your favorite bands?

Unequivocally OneRepublic! I love those guys, we’ve seen them 5 times in the last 3 years. It helps that they are Erica’s favorite band too, otherwise, we never agree on what to listen to!

What is a little known fact about you?

I’m one of only about 5,000 in the world who has accomplished the level of study I have with my church!

What is your favorite flavor of ice cream?

Salted Oreo from Little Man's!
