We started on this journey with the primary goal of gaining visibility across our production floor, general ledger, and procurement financials. Our legacy system is a custom, one-off solution we have had for almost 20 years, and because of its unique mix of features, we have been forced to use workarounds to address the needs of each client and access information. We hope to have a universal solution providing more data on production flow, parts inventory, and the location of parts as they move through departments. Automating these processes and tracking our work in progress on the floor will make our team’s jobs a lot easier.

He helped develop the technology practice at the largest accounting firm in Denver from 2004 - 2010 by offering Needs Analysis and Selection projects. But Shawn saw that clients were struggling during their implementations, even though they selected the right software. The firm’s partners were too averse to the risk of losing tax and audit business from a risky implementation. Thus, ERP Advisors Group was born with the purpose to provide Client-Side Implementation Services.
