Amelia Bellair is a Consultant at ERP Advisors Group, where she plays a key role in guiding clients through Needs Analysis, ERP Selection, and Contract Negotiation processes. With experience spanning more than 70+ successful ERP engagements, Amelia provides deep expertise across all phases of a project—from defining client needs during the Needs Analysis through complex vendor evaluation and contract negotiation at final selection. She develops and refines strategic deliverables, translates complex business requirements into actionable documentation, facilitates vendor demonstrations and fit-gap analysis, and supports due diligence activities, ensuring clients are well-positioned to make informed decisions.
Amelia works closely alongside senior consulting leadership to drive day-to-day project momentum including task coordination, leading client meetings, managing vendor communications, and helping keep initiatives aligned and on track. She fills an increasingly interactive, client-facing role and is trusted to guide discussions, surface risks, and support executive-level decision-making. Her specialization in contract review and negotiation support enables long-term client success. She carefully analyzes vendor agreements, pricing, and terms to help businesses understand risk areas and advocate effectively during negotiations.
In addition to her client responsibilities, Amelia plays an active role in training and mentoring new members of the EAG team, contributing to internal knowledge development and facilitating their growth. She is a graduate of the University of Denver, where she studied International Business and built the analytical foundation that supports her consulting career today.
I love the diverse perspectives of the different industries we work with.
Building out decks can be challenging but rewarding. It takes time to learn the technical lingo of each specific vertical while finding ways to communicate with the software vendors simultaneously.
I attended Denver University. I majored in International Business with a minor in Studio Art.
Some of my favorite hobbies are cooking, bike riding, concerts, pretty much anything outdoors!
The most recent book I read is called The Silent Woods by Kimi Cunningham Grant. I like most sci-fi type movies and my favorite right now is probably Oblivion.
