Grant Roloff is an Analyst for ERP Advisors Group. Grant is responsible for creating deliverables, researching vendors, and assisting consultants on projects through scheduling, requirements gathering, and feedback collection. Grant is a graduate of Colorado Christian University where he studied Business Administration as a four-year student-athlete.

What has been your most difficult yet rewarding project so far?

Putting together a cohesive and detailed deck for complicated projects can be really difficult, but it is very rewarding to see how much it benefits the client once it is in front of them.

What is your favorite thing about your career or industry?

I love the people that I work with and the diversity of the industries where we help our clients achieve their goals.

Where did you attend university?

I earned my degree in Business Administration at Colorado Christian University while playing collegiate soccer.

What are some of your favorite hobbies and things to do?

I love watching sports, especially college football (Go Blue), and playing sports. Soccer, basketball, and golf are all sports you can find me playing in my free time.

What is your dream travel destination and why?

I’ve spent a lot of time in Asia, but I would love to travel throughout Europe and watch a Manchester United match at Old Trafford.

What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

I could eat mint chocolate chip ice cream with every meal.
