Shelby is a Consulting Manager for ERP Advisors Group. She drives successful client ERP implementation projects by tracking and reporting on project risks, producing quality project documentation, and performing tasks that client resources do not have the capacity to complete. She works with clients to develop a thorough change management plan to drive user satisfaction and achieve ERP go-live. Shelby has extensive management consulting experience implementing systems and new standard processes, providing supply chain optimization recommendations, and developing value-add deliverables. She has led ERP and process implementations across manufacturing (including food and beverage manufacturing, industrial products manufacturing, and large equipment manufacturing), retail, financial services, and healthcare clients.

Shelby brings 4 years of implementation experience with PwC and additional in-house software implementation experience with a financial services start-up. She is a graduate of Georgia College & State University with a degree in Management Information Systems. Shelby will lead ERP implementations to successful go-lives by leveraging both her experience and EAG's thorough implementation methodology.
