When we went through the RFI process, they actively listened to our needs and captured the right information for potential software vendors, which led to well-timed and informative demos. The implementation phase of our project was an overall success. As expected, there were a few bumps along the way with change management, but those concerns were quickly addressed. The data conversion team were our heroes and a huge part of the project’s success. They were calm, helpful, and found solutions to tackle any issues that emerged. We could tell they were personally invested in this project because they never missed a call. They were phenomenal.
We are already experiencing the benefits from our new software and boosted productivity. The internal controls and role designations have made our data entry and review processes more secure. Our ERP is also cloud-based, so we can pull each of our company’s financial information from one source, which saves our team countless hours. We are no longer manually calculating data, so we have more confidence that information is accurate.

The firm’s partners were too averse to the risk of losing tax and audit business from a risky implementation. Thus, ERP Advisors Group was born with the purpose to provide Client-Side Implementation Services.
