Since implementing our new ERP, we’ve taken processes much further than we ever could with our old system. The optimized BI reporting is really nice, and we’ve enjoyed adapting the UI on the back end of the software to get what we need out of it. We included four integrations in the project, which was a huge hurdle. But in the end, they provided best-of-breed functionality in other areas of the business, which flawlessly fed into our platform, ensuring the data is at our fingertips. The software vendor also provided great trainers to enable our team to effectively use the new system.
ERP Advisors Group made the implementation process very easy. They walked us through everything; they were patient with us and did not rush the process, but at the same time, they kept us moving and had a nice pace in their delivery. Our project lead, Quentin, was always there for our team when we needed support, and he advocated for us when necessary.
Overall, I have no complaints, and I give EAG an A+ across the board. We’ve been working with them for two and a half years now, so it feels like we’re a part of the family at this point.

He helped develop the technology practice at the largest accounting firm in Denver from 2004 - 2010 by offering Needs Analysis and Selection projects. But Shawn saw that clients were struggling during their implementations, even though they selected the right software. The firm’s partners were too averse to the risk of losing tax and audit business from a risky implementation. Thus, ERP Advisors Group was born with the purpose of providing Client-Side Implementation Services.
