Shawn Windle is the Founder and Managing Principal of ERP Advisors Group based in Denver, Colorado. ERP Advisors Group (EAG) is one of the country’s top independent boutique enterprise software advisory firms. At EAG, Shawn manages a team of consultants that advise mid to large size organizations on selecting and implementing business applications from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Capital Management (HCM) and other enterprise applications, which equate to $10Ms+ in software deals each year. He has worked in the enterprise software industry for over 20 years. Shawn started his career at Accenture and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and moved into the software industry with Oracle as a Technology Product Manager. Prior to ERP Advisors, he helped establish a successful technology practice with a top 50 accounting firm. There are only a few people in the world with the practical software experience that Shawn has gained with helping hundreds of clients across many industries with selecting and implementing a wide variety of enterprise solutions.

Shawn has worked in the enterprise software industry for over 25 years. Over the course of his career, Shawn has contributed to the success of well over 300 software selections and over 200 ERP go-lives. He has organized and participated in over 500 software demonstrations, and counting, continually enhancing his knowledge of software functionality across dozens of industries and business processes. As an inactive CPA and former ERP product manager, Shawn leverages his knowledge and experience to advise some of the most successful mid-market companies with their most difficult and challenging initiatives they will ever encounter – changing their ERP.

Quentin DeWitt has been in the Information Technology business for over 20 years. He has led teams as a Director of IT, brought innovative products to market as a Product Manager, and led large teams as a Director of Technical Support. He got his start building PCs, testing hardware, and working in telecommunications. From there he went on to ISPs, Technical Support, Customer Service, Systems Administration, Product Management, and Director level positions in the Software Technology field. Today, he provides leadership and guidance to our consulting team through a wide variety of technical knowledge, experience, and skills, along with being a Microsoft Certified Professional, Administrator, Systems Engineer, and an experienced consultant in the ERP space. He has nine certifications across the IT industry

Quentin serves as our Director of Consulting, providing senior technical guidance to our entire delivery team and, as an EAG Executive, provides administrative support for running the Consulting Division. He’s also a Director, our most senior level consultant who serves as a project lead on our most technical projects. Quentin is a Certified EAG Needs Analysis and Certified EAG Selection Consultant. In his many years at EAG, Quentin, or “Q” as he is known, has served clients across a wide breadth of industries including Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, eCommerce, Financial Services, Professional Services, Energy, and Engineering. Additionally, he’s developed deep subject matter expertise in Construction, Services, Manufacturing, Public Safety, Nonprofits, and Field Services from working on clients Needs Analysis, Selections, and Implementations in those industries.

During Quentin’s tenure at EAG, he has consulted on over 75 needs analysis and software selections. He has been involved in hundreds of software demonstrations, continuously expanding his knowledge on product offerings, industry-specific solutions, and market trends. He readily knows the differentiators for all the viable ERP products and how they suit each industry. He also knows hundreds of resources across all the partner channels. He has successfully negotiated tens of millions of dollars in software and implementation partner contracts.

In addition to dozens of successful finalized software selections, Q has facilitated over 50 successful go-lives across most major industries. In overseeing such a large number of go-lives, Q has developed the deep knowledge and experience our clients need for trusting that their most risky initiative, their ERP implementation, will be successful. Q oversees the Project Manager, the Data Migration Technical Team, the vendors, the implementation partners, as well as the client staff to ensure all streams of work are synchronized for delivering a configured and tested product to the broader client personnel for training and go-live. Robert is experienced as an IT Director, Program Manager, and Developer as well as Technical Support and Technical Sales Support. The sum of his experience enables him to synthesize the complex towards simplifying solutions to achieve customer outcomes and high team morale. His experience extends to Manufacturing, Finance, Farming, Construction, Natural Resources, and Retail industries.

Robert has consulted on over 30 data migration projects during his tenure with ERP Advisors Group. He pioneered the methodology we use today for assessing our client’s true needs for data migration with our data scoping assessment by which he can develop an estimate for the full extraction, transformation, and loading effort. Robert leads our Data Migration unit, overseeing the extraction and transformation activities of our Financial Data Migration Specialists, Operational Data Migration Specialists, and Technical Writer. He reviews their products before passing them to the client, fixing errors that save the client and implementation partner time. Robert also implemented data dress rehearsals into our data migration offering. The dress rehearsal is a “dry run” that allows the client to fully test the validity of their entire data set well before the risk of seeing it for the first time at cut-over.

Robert has extracted and handled data out of numerous legacy systems including Microsoft GP, NAV, SL, SAP Business One, Epicor, IFS, RPG, AS/400, as well as most prevalent ERPs. He’s transformed and loaded data for implementations of NetSuite, Infor, SAP BusinessByDesign, CMiC, and Microsoft. He’s our resident expert on migrating data for NetSuite and CloudSuite Industrial implementations, having done more than 30 different client’s data migrations and participating in the go-live of over 15 implementations and many more on the horizon.

Carly is a Certified EAG Needs Analysis and a Certified EAG Selection Consultant. She has consulted on dozens of successful software selections for Manufacturing, eCommerce, Professional Services, Engineering, Construction, and Public Safety clients, but has developed industry-specific expertise in the Nonprofit, Distribution, and Financial industries.

During Carly’s time at EAG, she has been involved in over 150 projects, contributing to the successful ERP selection for over 60 organizations, interviewing implementation partners across every major ERP vendor for all major industries, and orchestrating and participating in over 400 software demonstrations. She’s vetted ERP, Financial Planning and Analysis, Enterprise Performance Management, CRM, eCommerce platforms, Quality Management Software, Records Management Systems, Enterprise Content Management, Fund Accounting, and other point solutions.

Carly’s career began in the accounting world where she got her start at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in their assurance practice. From there, she transferred to the private industry and worked in the financial services sector. Carly has found herself in multiple management positions in the construction, manufacturing, marketing, and entertainment industries, giving her years of customer service experience. Curtis has over 30 years of experience as a Business Consultant in business systems and processes. For 12 years, Curtis worked in the Denver office of Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting practice working on clients’ business improvement and technology. From there, he held positions as a Director of Financials Systems, Deputy CIO, and an Executive Director for various companies. 
 
Since then, he has assisted clients in a variety of industries with their information technology and project implementation needs. Curtis specializes in advising executive leadership regarding business technology, in addition to his work in project management, training, testing, financial analysis, and process improvement.

Curtis’ professionalism and advisory assistance have brought over 20 EAG clients’ implementations to a successful go-live on products ranging from ERP, HCM, and Financial Planning and Analysis including NetSuite, CloudSuite Industrial, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP BusinessByDesign, and CMiC. Curtis’ industry experience spans across Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Mining, Financial Services, Security Integrators, Field Services, and Oil and Gas among others like Engineering, Professional Services, and Public Safety.

With more than 40 years of experience, David has high-level skills at conceiving, creating, and implementing solutions to complex business and systems problems for bottom-line results. David acts as an agent of change with an “owner” perspective, utilizing organization, communications, and technical skills, while demonstrating a high ability to work with people at all levels of the business. In addition, he has a detailed level knowledge and hands-on skills with manufacturing production and planning, ASP, SQL, IIS, HTML, Access, and Microsoft tools for integration of custom requirements associated with “off the shelf” tools. With his direct experience across the organization streamlining business processes, he helps clients eliminate waste, improve margins, and deliver exchange in abundance with his practical, hands-on experience.

Throughout his career, David has been involved in over a thousand selections and demonstrations. Utilizing his certifications in CPIM and APICS, he has held positions across the industry, from programmer to implementation partner, and has applied his knowledge in a multitude of ways. David’s commitment is obvious through his involvement in 5,000+ successful software go-lives, easing the ERP disruption for clients across the country. He has dedicated his career to becoming a conceiver of solutions to data migration issues.

Dave has consulted with EAG’s clients on their hardest initiatives – data migration. Dave’s operational data expertise around product-based data elements includes items, BOMs, assemblies, ECOs, and the interactions of those records across the organization’s data. Dave has specialized skills, tools, and scripts for extracting, cleansing, and transforming legacy data in preparation for loading into client’s new ERP and assists on go-live weekend with anything the client needs as they cut over to the new system. Dave understands the fundamentals of databases and can work with the data in any legacy system including Microsoft GP, NAV, SL, SAP, including Business One, Epicor, IFS, Sage, Oracle, RPG, AS/400, as well as any prevalent ERP. Additionally, he is intimately familiar with transforming data for NetSuite, Infor, SAP, CMiC and Microsoft Dynamics 365 templates. JP is a Senior Consultant – Data Migration Specialist for ERP Advisors Group. With his extensive experience, JP consults clients on their ERP implementation data migration. He also performs the technical work for cleaning, transforming, and loading data for validation. Additionally, he provides hyper-care support at go-live to ensure the best possible transition into his client’s new ERP system.  

JP has over 15 years of experience in Accounting and ERP Systems. He started his career in accounting as a Payroll Manager, focused on Job Costing and Wage Scale projects. An ERP implementation presented JP with the opportunity to pivot into the backend of ERP systems as a Microsoft SQL DBA, Microsoft SQL Developer, and ERP Systems Administrator. The fusion of his accounting and information technology knowledge and experience combined to form the skills needed to move a company through the data transformation to modern ERP systems. He has experience in the Construction, Field Service, Landscaping, and Software Industries, specializing in Job Costing, Reporting, Data Migration, and Implementation. He has managed, implemented, supported, and migrated data between numerous systems including Microsoft Dynamics GP, Key2Act, Jonas, CMiC, Acumatica, and QuickBooks.

He previously worked alongside EAG as a client and served as the technical lead in the implementation and the extraction lead in data migration. Together, EAG and his former company became the first team to migrate data into CMiC cloud, and his passion for helping companies transform their systems was born. He joined EAG eager to accomplish his goal of helping people and organizations rethink, change, and grow into the best versions of themselves. He understands the value and sensitivity of a company’s ERP data and how the proper mapping, extraction, cleansing, validating, and importing of that data is key to a successful implementation. 

Over the course of his extensive career, Brian worked as a certified network manager, a software development manager, a developer, and a programmer facilitating client needs to fulfill government tax compliance. Brian has also developed payroll-specific solutions in addition to developing and supporting various web portals for site administration, data maintenance, and external web access. His past specialties included regulatory compliance surrounding wage reporting, quarterly reporting, and ACA reporting.

At EAG, he provides data transformation work in extracting data from client’s legacy systems, cleansing, validating, and transforming it for upload into a new destination system. Brian is our resident QuickBooks expert and brings expertise to the transformation of financial data, especially the multiple companies, general ledger and trial balances. While Brian has subject matter expertise with QuickBooks financial information, he has migrated data out of numerous other legacy systems including Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Great Plains, SL, Sage, IFS, Zoho ERP, Oracle and Epicor. He is highly experienced in transforming data for NetSuite and CloudSuite Industrial implementations. To ensure success for clients, Brian identifies data problems and/or potential issues that may affect the go-live, while also developing software that assists clients in automating their system where possible and necessary. He's been on more than a dozen implementations and been part of many successful go-lives since he began his tenure at ERP Advisors Group.

Paul has worked in the Consulting, Information Technology, and Engineering fields for over 30 years. After graduating from Iowa State University of Science and Technology, Paul has worked and consulted with dozens of organizations in a wide variety of industries including Telecom, Manufacturing, Accounting, Transportation, Government, Public Safety, Energy, Human Resources, Nonprofits, Healthcare, Salesforce, Property Management, Hospitality, and Insurance. He understands the varied needs of a business enterprise and the great value in a well-designed and integrated system of business processes and software.

On the technology platform side, Paul has worked extensively with databases, applications, tools, and technologies from Microsoft, Oracle, Intuit, IBM, Intel, and many more. His recent work has been in the realm of data transfer and transformation in the pursuit of converting clients from older legacy business systems/software to newer ones.

In addition to his technical skills, Paul has great interpersonal communication skills and can work well with people across wide levels of business acumen, education, technology, and culture. Paul’s extensive experience contributes greatly to the success of a multitude of projects here at EAG.

Zach Stewart is a Senior Consultant for ERP Advisors Group. He provides EAG an unparalleled expertise in creating professional documentation and deliverables, analyzing software vendor capabilities, facilitating client and vendor relationships, tracking and ensuring ERP project completion, and more.

Zach has led the execution of IT audits for Fortune 500/100/50 companies spanning IT general controls, automated business process controls, third-party SOC reporting, and ERP implementations. He has extensive consulting experience designing and implementing new IT SOX programs for both large and small companies, as well as supporting large-scale ERP implementations. He has experience with a wide variety of ERP systems, notably SAP ECC and S/4HANA, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, and Salesforce. 

Zach brings 7 years of Technology Risk experience from Ernst & Young. He is a graduate of Miami University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Ohio and Colorado. Ron has worked in the consulting, information systems, and software development fields for over 40 years.  As a data warehouse consultant, Ron has extensive experience designing data warehouses, developing custom reports, conducting quality assurance testing, and more. His recent experience involved creating financial reporting systems that extract, transform, and load data into clients’ databases and reporting tables.

Additionally, Ron has years of experience working in a variety of ERP systems including Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server, and Microsoft Access. His knowledge of ERP systems and data migration makes him a valuable part of ERP Advisors Group’s data team.

Dennis Braan has worked as a technical writer and editor for 30 years, with experience gained in a variety of software and hardware development environments. As the Technical Writer for ERP Advisors Group, he leverages that experience to facilitate successful ERP implementations with helpful user guides and documentation. His ability to unravel the complexities of cutting-edge technology fuels a passion for new projects — and Dennis relishes the challenge of facing the uncharted and the unexplored. Dennis has authored and edited end-user documentation for a variety of products: System Admin Guides, User Guides, Component Reference Guides, Software Programming Guides, Application Programming Interface descriptions, Technical Requirements documents, Process Engineering process flows, Training Documentation, Product Specifications — the list goes on and on. Dennis lives in Denver, Colorado and is doing final editing on a book he has authored on how to read music notation.

Kaylee is a Consultant for ERP Advisors Group. She supports EAG by assessing risks and implementing mitigation plans, tracking projects, and helping clients achieve a successful ERP implementation. Kaylee ensures that clients are well prepared by frequently evaluating user acceptance testing (UAT) cases and adding organizational tools to the projects when needed. She has helped several clients achieve a successful go-live and has worked with a variety of implementation partners across many software solutions.

Her previous project coordination support for systems and IT projects provides a strong background to successfully support EAG’s clients through their ERP implementation efforts. Shelby is a Consultant for ERP Advisors Group. She drives successful client ERP implementation projects by tracking and reporting on project risks, producing quality project documentation, and performing tasks that client resources do not have the capacity to complete. She works with clients to develop a thorough change management plan to drive user satisfaction and achieve ERP go-live. Shelby has extensive management consulting experience implementing systems and new standard processes, providing supply chain optimization recommendations, and developing value-add deliverables. She has led ERP and process implementations across manufacturing (including food and beverage manufacturing, industrial products manufacturing, and large equipment manufacturing), retail, financial services, and healthcare clients.

Shelby brings 4 years of implementation experience with PWC and additional in-house software implementation experience with a financial services start-up. She is a graduate of Georgia College & State University with a degree in Management Information Systems. Amelia Bellair is a Consultant for ERP Advisors Group. She creates the groundwork for clients’ deliverables, combing through the information we gather about the clients to organize and assess the importance of observations and data for each deliverable in the Needs Analysis phase.

In the Selection Phase, Amelia is involved in all stages of vendor contact, RFI creation, requirements and fit analysis, demonstrations, and diligence activities. She has consulted on over 20 successful ERP selections across a variety of industries, from manufacturers and distributors to nonprofit organizations and professional services firms, and works directly with clients to ensure their needs are met in a detailed, professional, and timely manner. Samuel is a Senior Technical Project Coordinator for ERP Advisors Group. He has a background in data analytics and professional experience with customizing accounting software systems. Samuel’s role coordinates work for EAG’s data migration specialists and helps our data migration projects stay on track. Samuel’s previous experience with NetSuite administration, system customization, and training enables him to support our client staff with the technical side of their implementations, whether it is data migration or integration oversight. Aidan Greenfeld is an Analyst for ERP Advisors Group. Aidan is responsible for deliverable creation, vendor research, and assisting consultants on projects through project artifact setup, scheduling, and compiling client feedback. Natalie is the Consulting Executive Assistant for ERP Advisors Group. Natalie provides Program
Management across EAG’s portfolio of projects, ensuring each project is adequately resourced,
and overseeing that weekly progress occurs for each expected project deliverable. She also
tracks EAG’s budget across all projects, ensuring we are delivering adequately while bringing
any impending budget overage to the Project Lead’s attention. Finally, Natalie provides
oversight for all our billable resources, ensuring they are well-utilized and getting the volume of
work they need for a busy week. Her master’s in organizational leadership and diligent oversite
empower our clients’ projects to succeed.

Noemi Peterson is the Consulting Administrative Coordinator for ERP Advisors Group. She is responsible for assisting the Consulting Administrative Manager in supporting clients through the needs analysis, selection, and implementation phases, establishing projects, maintaining tools and deliverables, and facilitating overall project coordination including allocations, resourcing, and weekly reporting.
