Oracle announced Fusion Agentic Applications, a new class of enterprise applications powered by coordinated teams of specialized AI agents that are outcome-driven, proactive and reasoning based, and engineered for enterprise execution. Built into Oracle Fusion Cloud Application, Fusion Agentic Applications can make and execute decisions within business processes by securely accessing unified enterprise data, workflows, policies, approval hierarchies, permissions, and transactional context. The solution being natives enables real-time execution, at enterprise scale, with full governance. Businesses will benefit from greater control over their AI usage in a secure, easy to use environment.
SAP announced it has agreed to acquire Reltio, a leading master data management (MDM) software provider, to help customers make their SAP and non-SAP enterprise data AI-ready. Once closed, the acquisition will strengthen SAP Business Data Cloud and accelerate the evolution of SAP BDC to a fully interoperable enterprise data platform for enterprise-wide agentic AI. Customers will benefit from a strong solution for cleansing their data and effectively preparing it for the holistic usage of AI across the enterprise.
