I’m your host, Rebekah McCabe. To begin the week, Procore announced it has acquired Datagrid, uniting two powerful AI solutions in the built world. This acquisition will accelerate Procore’s AI strategy and deliver enhanced data connectivity for customers. Through this acquisition, Procore will help customers eliminate data silos and automate complex workflows including autonomously managing submittal reviews and drafting RFIs across platforms with greater speed and efficiency. With Datagrid, Procore will be able to take greater hold of the construction industry and further enhance their product offerings for the future. Related, Aptean announced the acquisition of OpsVeda, an AI-powered operations command center. Building on Aptean’s recent acquisition of Logility, the latest move doubles down on Aptean’s visions for an autonomous, end-to-end supply chain platform.
