Salesforce delivered record third quarter fiscal 2026 results driven by Agentforce and Data 360. Third quarter revenue was $10.3 billion, up 9% year-over-year, with subscription and support revenue accounting for $9.7 billion, an increase of 10% year-over-year. Ultimately, Agentforce and Data 360 annual recurring revenue reached nearly $1.4 billion, up 114% year-over-year, contributing to the major rise in overall revenue. Salesforce’s ongoing innovation will continue to fuel its growth as we enter the new year, especially as AI and AI Agents shape business strategies.
In other news, ECI announced its acquisition of Amper Technologies, Inc., a manufacturing execution system (MES) company that gives factories real-time visibility into their shop floors. The acquisition strengthens ECI’s commitment to AI innovation, adding Amper’s predictive, AI-powered insights that help manufacturers run more efficiently. Amper’s FactoryOS platform combines fast deployment with real-time machine, job, and labor insights to close the gap between ERP planning and production. Amper’s FactoryOS strengthens ECI’s manufacturing suite with an AI-powered copilot, smart scheduling, live machine insights, and labor analytics. ECI continues to invest in industry-specific solutions that will improve the efficiency of its customers. Now empowered with MES, ECI customers will be able to leverage technology to expand their operations.
Finally, Blackbaud announced a first-of-its-kind partnership with Anthropic to provide the fundraising connector for Claude for Nonprofits – a move that will redefine how mission-driven organizations harness intelligence to accelerate impact. With the new Claude for Work connector, available in Teams and Enterprise plans and debuting for Blackbaud Raiser’s NXT, Blackbaud customers can now choose to access their intelligence layer built from 40+ years of nonprofit performance data, including donor behavior, giving patterns, campaign outcomes, and operational workflows, directly within the platforms they use every day. This is the next level of data-driven action for nonprofit organizations trying to maximize their resources.
