In other news, earlier this month, Odoo and Google Cloud announced an enhanced strategic partnership to support Odoo’s global reach and deliver a seamless and scalable experience to its customers worldwide. Blackbaud kicked off the New Year by announcing it has sold its EVERFI Inc. business to a private investment firm that is unaffiliated with Blackbaud. In other news, earlier this month, Odoo and Google Cloud announced an enhanced strategic partnership to support Odoo’s global reach and deliver a seamless and scalable experience to its customers worldwide.   Click here for the full transcript Hi and welcome to episode 168 of The ERP Minute. I’m your host, Rebekah McCabe. Blackbaud kicked off the New Year by announcing it has sold its EVERFI Inc. business to a private investment firm that is unaffiliated with Blackbaud. Dale Strange, President of Corporate impact said, “We are working closely with the buyer and the EVERFI leadership team to provide a seamless transition for EVERFI’s customers and employees.” He continued with, “EVERFI remains equipped to support its customers, delivering educational courses on key topics like financial literacy, wellness, compliance, and workplace training.” Blackbaud will be sharing more details in its next Form 10-K filing. With so many software vendors reorienting their focuses and how they do business, we expect to see a lot of activity in the mergers, acquisition, and sales spaces in 2025. In other news, earlier this month, Odoo and Google Cloud announced an enhanced strategic partnership to support Odoo’s global reach and deliver a seamless and scalable experience to its customers worldwide. Powered by Google Cloud’s global infrastructure, Odoo’s applications will continue to provide users with a superior experience and quick response times, even during complex tasks and peak usage. Odoo is working to expand its ability to deliver value to users on a global scale, strengthening this goal through their partnership with Google Cloud.
