Hi and welcome to episode 133 of The ERP Minute. I’m your host, Rebekah McCabe.

Epicor started the week strong, announcing that it has surpassed $1 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR), realizing 42% year-over-year SaaS-based cloud revenue growth in its fiscal year 2023. Additionally, Epicor saw 70% of new customers adopting a subscription-based offering. This growth further demonstrates Epicor’s drive to develop and distribute its Industry ERP Cloud portfolio, offering deep functionality to businesses looking for growth away from their on-premises solutions.

In industry-related news, Infor announced the launch of Infor GenAI and ESG Reporting. Infor’s modern solutions combine industry capabilities and insights with the power of GenAI to give customers immediate power to leverage data and workflows so they can realize more value more quickly while also adhering to stringent security and data privacy best practices driven by Infor’s OS platform. Infor is following its industry roots by providing even deeper functionality to its customers who can now truly leverage their data.

Finally, Salesforce announced AI-powered enhancements to its MuleSoft automation, integration, and API management solutions to help business users and developers improve productivity, simplify workflows, and accelerate time to value. MuleSoft’s Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) helps teams quickly extract and organize data from diverse document formats, including PDFs and images, and is natively integrated into Salesforce Flow, providing customers with an end-to-end automation experience. Overall, Salesforce is working to mitigate the turmoil associated with quickly responding to backloaded project requests while maintaining system integrity. This solution will enable businesses to expand and improve their solutions internally, saving significant time and money.
