Deltek announced the launch of Replicon Time Tracking and Polaris PSA for Government Contracting. Workday and Insperity, Inc., a provider of human resources and business performance solutions, announced a strategic partnership to develop, market, and sell a preeminent full-service HR solution for small to mid-sized businesses. Finally, Planful announced its record-breaking bookings in the fourth quarter of 2023. Blackbaud began the week by announcing its new capabilities to Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT. I’m your host, Rebekah McCabe. Blackbaud began the week strong, announcing it is bringing new capabilities to Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT. These capabilities will enable social impact organizations to grow their donor base and funds with Optimized Donation Forms, harness the power of predictive analytics with Prospect Insights, and use AI to generate donor acknowledgment. As technology continues to advance, it extends into all industries, enabling vendors to provide more value to customers. With AI more generally available, nonprofits will be able to do more with less to reach their goals. Related, Deltek announced the launch of Replicon Time Tracking and Polaris PSA for Government Contracting. Purpose-built for the unique needs of government contractors, the new time-tracking and PSA solutions support regulatory compliance and seamless integration regardless of the ERP or financial system currently being used. Tools like this empower government agencies to get more from their technology stack while remaining compliant. In other news, Workday and Insperity, Inc., a provider of human resources and business performance solutions, announced an exclusive strategic partnership and plans to jointly develop, brand, market, and sell a preeminent full-service HR solution for small and midsize businesses. The combination of Workday’s technology platform and Insperity’s service experience will yield an industry-first solution to increase the likelihood, degree, and speed of success for growing companies. Workday is moving into the SMB space and partnerships like this will enable them to do so more efficiently. To wrap up the week, Planful announced strong customer, revenue, and bookings growth in fiscal year 2023, capped by record-breaking bookings in the fourth quarter of 2023. Global customer expansion bookings were up 26% year-over-year, new international customer bookings were up 107% year-over-year, and Planful’s marketing solution bookings were up 36% year-over-year. These financial results represent the growth in valuable software solutions outside of ERP through financial performance management cloud software.
