We were on our legacy ERP system for 25 years and needed an advisory firm to help us move onto a completely different ERP and upgrade three other interconnected critical software systems. We had to move our labeling and data sheet software to a new version in the cloud, upgrade our industry-specific process manufacturing software, and upgrade our industry-specific product development software to a completely new version. This was a massive undertaking, and we were in a vulnerable position. Finding an ethical, trustworthy firm that could help us not only find the best ERP software with the best functionality but also help us navigate the complex process of interconnecting software systems and understanding legal documentation was very important to us.
Our primary goal for this project was to ensure that our customers’ transactions continued to run smoothly, and shipments were not missed, ultimately ensuring they had no idea we were changing systems. We accomplished that goal, whereas a lot of other suppliers have had similar projects fall apart. Implementations are very daunting and there are so many moving parts and risks to be aware of. Although I have a lot of very talented people on my team, this would have been a lot harder without ERP Advisors Group.
They did a great job, and we are on a better path now that we have our new ERP in place. Their step-by-step process was very helpful, and they provided us with a lot more options for vendors than what we would have found on our own. Overall, the project was well worth our money, with that piece of guidance alone.

But Shawn saw that clients were struggling during their implementations, even though they selected the right software. The firm’s partners were too averse to the risk of losing tax and audit business from a risky implementation. Thus, ERP Advisors Group was born with the purpose to provide Client-Side Implementation Services.
